One telephone call is all that is asked of you. After that, it is ours to carry.
Burials
We look after everything — bringing your loved one into our care, the registration with Home Affairs, the burial order, the grave, the coffin, the order of service, the chapel or the tent, and the cortège on the day.
Cremations
For families who choose it, we take the same care. We handle the authorisation and the crematorium, and we return the ashes to you gently, whenever you feel ready to receive them.
Journeys home
Many families wish to lay someone to rest where they were born. We carry them there ourselves — to the Eastern Cape and across the country — with the paperwork done and the cost agreed with you beforehand.
Services of honour
Where a life calls for it, we arrange the full mark of respect: an honour guard, a band, a formation, and the protocol observed properly. We have carried these services many times.

Whatever the hour, someone here will pick up. You do not need to have anything prepared.

We come to them
We collect your loved one — from home, from the hospital, or from the state mortuary — and bring them into our own care.

We look at the cover
If there is a policy with us, we will tell you straight away what it provides. There is no waiting to find out.

We sit down together
We meet as a family, talk through what you would like, and give you one written quote with nothing hidden inside it.

We carry the day
The documents, the grave or the crematorium, the coffin, the flowers, the programme, the cars — and being beside you through all of it.
Preparing the day
The small things are not small.
The way the aisle is dressed. Whether there is shade for the elderly. Flowers that were her favourites. A programme the grandchildren will keep.
